Facilities Management is responsible for a variety of design, construction, maintenance, and service functions that provide utilities and maintain the campus facilities and grounds of our nearly 300 structures, 7.6 million gross square feet of floor space, and 676 acres with an estimated current replacement cost in excess of $1.5 billion.
This site and embedded service guide has been prepared to acquaint students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors with the Facilities Management department and the services available. It is intended as a reference describing the department and how to obtain the various services we offer. Facilities Management planners, design and construction coordinators, skilled crafts personnel, service technicians, and support staff look forward to working with each of you in helping to maintain the highest level of facility management service possible and allow you the ability to carry out your respective missions.
