RAZORBACK RECYCLING

Recycling - Responsible for the collection and disposal of all recyclable materials in Educational and General purpose facilities. Recycling services may be purchased by campus auxiliaries, student living groups, and recognized university organizations. The material recovery facility includes a loading dock, horizontal bailer, conveyor and box tipper, fork lift, scales, enclosed storage area and a chain-linked surplus salvage yard.
Waste Management - The department manages the operations of campus solid waste management in providing scheduled solid waste collection and disposal services for educational and general purpose (E & G) facilities including "for hire" services to campus auxiliaries and living groups.
Razorback Recycling is located in just north of Printing Services on Mitchell Street and operates a large box truck and a off-road campus vehicle to provide recycling services for Educational and General purpose facilities, including "for-hire" recycling services to campus auxiliaries and living groups. Recyclable products include newspaper, white paper, mixed paper, corrugated cardboard and aluminum cans.
