Facilities Management is responsible for service functions that provide utilities and maintain campus facilities and grounds for more than 284 structures, 6,557,340 gross square feet of floor space, and 5,254 acres, with an estimated value in excess of $698,137,980.

This Service Guide has been prepared to acquaint students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors with the Facilities Management Department and the services available. It is intended as a reference book describing the department, and how to obtain various services. Facilities Management crafts personnel, service technicians, and support staff look forward to working with each of you in helping to maintain the highest level of facility management service possible and allow you to carry out your respective missions.
