Building Maintenance

BUILDING MAINTENANCE includes the provision of basic maintenance and routine operational services for campus Educational and General Purpose (E & G) facilities. The campus is divided into five maintenance zones - A, B, D, E, F - for delivery of building maintenance services. From time to time, Building Operations & Maintenance receives special funds from campus administration, grant money, or deferred maintenance funds from the state for specific capital improvements, renovations, upgrades, refurbishing, or major facility maintenance projects.
