Design teams and general contractors submitting qualifications for work are evaluated on a number of qualifications including: their ability to assemble a strong team that meets the needs of the project, demonstrates a full understanding of the project, and shows design skills and experience.
The applicant should show capabilities in programming, master planning, architecture, interiors, sustainability, and other factors. It is preferred, although not always necessary, for the team to have a completed similar projects, particularly for highly specialized typologies.
