Service Center

The Facilities Management Service Center assists campus customers by issuing work orders for services, dispatching service technicians, and coordinating campus elevator service for the majority of maintenance problems.  Service requests may include things such as plumbing issues, broken fixtures, leaks, or other general maintenance requests. If you are experiencing or notice a problem that needs to be addressed, you may report it below or call 479-575-5050.

Although the Service Center accepts handles the majority of requests, estimates, small projects, and space modification requests should be submitted through our project form. Non-emergency building service requests and recycling/waste pick up requests should be submitted through their respective forms. 

After hours maintenance emergencies should be reported to UAPD Dispatch at 575-2222.  

Report a Problem / request service

After filling out the form, you will be directed to review your answers. You must confirm your submission at this step for your form to be processed. You will be notified via email when your request is successfully submitted. If you have any problems completing the form or do not receive an email confirmation, contact the Service Center at 575-5050.
