Project Request

alterations to university facilities and grounds

Members of the Campus Community (with a UARK ID) should submit a Project Request Intake Form to initiate any alteration to university facilities and grounds, including:

  • updates to finishes, renovations, new construction, and other improvements
  • changes to a room use function
  • relocation of personnel, teams, or departments
  • landscaping and infrastructure improvements

📎Prepare required documents (if applicable)

Attach a completed and signed Space Request Form if the proposal includes a study or project related to:

      • Proposes programmatic growth requiring acquisition or construction of new facilities or spaces;
      • Changes the room use (e.g., converts an office to a meeting room or a classroom to a lab);
      • Relocates personnel, teams, or departments.
