BUILDING MAINTENANCE includes the provision of basic maintenance and routine operational services for campus Educational and General Purpose (E & G) facilities.
The campus is divided into five maintenance zones - A, B, D, E, F - for delivery of building maintenance services. From time to time, Building Operations & Maintenance receives special funds from campus administration, grant moneys, or deferred maintenance funds from the state for specific capital improvements, renovations, upgrades, refurbishing, or major facility maintenance projects.

Oversees more complex, lengthy, and/or expensive maintenance projects in campus E&G buildings and provides expertise and skilled trades worker support to the maintenance zones as needed.
