Epley Center for Health Professions Mechanical System Replacement

NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / INVITATION TO BID / October 17, 2020

You are invited to bid on a general contract for the Epley Center for Health Professions mechanical system replacement, located on N Razorback Rd. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am local time on October 27 via a Microsoft Teams conference call. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00pm local time on November 10, 2020.

Global Campus First Floor Renovation

NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / INVITATION TO BID / May 23, 2020

You are invited to bid on a general contract for the Global Campus first floor renovation, in a University of Arkansas building located at the northeast corner of the Fayetteville town square. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00am local time on June 11, 2020 via a Microsoft Teams conference call. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00pm local time on June 23, 2020.

 

Arkansas Union Tenant Infill

NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / INVITATION TO BID / March 07, 2020

You are invited to bid on a general contract for the Arkansas Union tenant infill, an interior space located on the second and third floors of the Arkansas Union. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am local time on March 18, 2020 at Facilities Management, Main Conference Room, 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00pm local time on April 14, 2020.

You are invited to bid on a general contract for the South Campus Steam System Improvements—Phase II. located at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am local time on March 12, 2020 at Facilities Management, Main Conference Room, 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00pm local time on March 26, 2020.

Update: Kinco Constructors (Springdale and Little Rock, AR) was the successful bidder

 

Anthony Timberlands Center for Design and Materials Innovation

NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / February 28, 2020

The University of Arkansas Fayetteville, in accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide general contractor construction management services for the Anthony Timberlands Center for Design and Materials Innovation. The deadline for responses is 1:00pm local time on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

Update: The Board of Trustees selected Nabholz Construction Services (Rogers and Conway, AR) for this contract at its meeting on May 21, 2020.

 

Central Utility Plant Shop and Power Center 

NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / INVITATION TO BID / February 15, 2020

You are invited to bid on a general contract for the construction of the Central Utility Plant Shop and Power Center located near Williams Street. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am local time on February 27, 2020 at Facilities Management, Main Conference Room, 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00pm local time on March 10, 2020.

Update: C.R. Crawford Construction (Fayetteville, AR) was the successful bidder.

 

Study for the Institute for Integrative and Innovative Research

NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS / January 31, 2020

The University of Arkansas Fayetteville, in accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from qualified architects for a planning, scope, and budget study for the Institute for Integrative and Innovative Research. The deadline for responses is 1:00pm local time on Friday, February 14, 2020.

Update: The Board of Trustees selected Hufft (Bentonville, AR) with HGA (Boston, MA) for this contract at its meeting on March 19, 2020.

Update: The Board of Trustees selected CDI Contractors LLC (Fayetteville, Little Rock AR) for this contract at its meeting on March 19, 2020.

 

University of Arkansas Animal Facility (CLAF)

NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / INVITATION TO BID / January 11, 2020

You are invited to bid on a general contract for the construction of University of Arkansas Animal Facility (CLAF) located 700 Research Center Boulevard, Fayetteville, AR. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on January 22nd, 2020 at the project site. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00 pm local time, on February 4th, 2020.
